Does it work on a real tree?
Yes – real or artificial, 5 to 7 ft tall. Choose the size that matches your tree height. The ring sits on the top and the strands hang down; it does not need to be wrapped around branches.
I’m not good with technology. Will I manage?
Yes. The ring goes on top, the strands fall down, you plug it in and press a button on the remote – the tree lights up. The app is optional and the printed guide walks you through it. If you get stuck, email us and a real person helps you within 1 business day.
How do the shapes show up on the tree?
After you install it, the app maps the position of every LED with your phone camera. It then knows where each light is on the tree and can display shapes, text and effects across them.
Do I need Wi-Fi?
No. The controller talks to your phone by Bluetooth, and the remote works with no phone at all. You only need a smartphone (iPhone or Android) if you want the drawing and text features.
Is it safe outdoors?
The light strands are IP65 splash-proof, so a covered porch is fine. Keep the controller and plug away from rain and water.
When will I get it?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and take about 7–12 business days to arrive in the US, 8–15 in Canada, Mexico and Chile, and 10–18 in Colombia. Outside the US, local import taxes may apply. To be safe for Christmas, order by December 5. You get a tracking number by email.
What if I don't like it?
