Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You can return your LumeMagic™ kit within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return

Email us at support@lumemagic.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not send the product back before receiving our instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered – in that case we cover the return or send a replacement at no cost. Please send us photos or a short video of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees, if any, are not refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible – orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your kit arrives damaged or a component does not work, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/video. We will send a replacement part or a full replacement, or refund you.
