This website (the "Store") is operated by LumeMagic ("we", "us"). By visiting the Store or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Products and orders

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours and animations shown in photos and videos are for illustration; the actual rendering depends on your tree and how the light strands are spread. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example in case of suspected fraud or a pricing error); if your payment has already been taken, you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is collected at checkout through secure third-party payment providers. We never store your card details.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our supplier's warehouse. Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product page and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers or customs; we are not responsible for delays outside our control but will help you track your parcel.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms. In short: 30-day returns for unused items, and free replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged or defective.

6. Use of the product

LumeMagic™ lights are intended for decorative use on Christmas trees. Follow the included instructions, use the supplied adapter, and keep the controller away from water. Do not leave the lights unattended for long periods.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this Store (texts, logo, images, videos) belongs to LumeMagic or is used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page.
