Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States (all 50 states). Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery time

Our kits ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas. Typical delivery to a US address is 7–12 business days after dispatch, so please allow around 2 to 3 weeks in total from the day you order. During the peak holiday season, carriers can be slower.

Christmas deadline

To receive your order before December 25, please order by December 5. Orders placed after that date will still ship, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Tracking

Every order is trackable. Tracking information can take 2–4 days to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, contact us and we will look into it.

Customs and duties

Orders to the US are shipped with duties handled by us – you will not be asked to pay extra fees on delivery.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to reship it (a reshipping fee may apply).

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or refund you.
